QUALITY

The Quality and Risk Management Unit (UKPR) was officially established on 26 February 2019 to control and monitor the implementation of the quality program at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital, UPM. Among the activities monitored are incident reporting activities, internal audits, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Green Initiative Program, Quality Day Program and Service Innovation and other related activities.
