We welcome walk-in for services in Family Medicine Clinic; however, you are advised to book an appointment so that we can provide efficient service to you. For outpatient subspecialties services, referral letter is required. Please contact the respective clinic to get appointment earlier or visit us as www.hsaas.upm.edu.my

Children under 12 years of age are NOT allowed to visit patients for infection control reason and for the health safety of the children. 

For all request regarding medical report, insurance claim or results, kindly visit Medical Report Unit or contact 03 9769 5958. Fee will be included for any reports.

Only doctors are allowed to disclose patient’s results.

Outpatient Pharmacy’s is located at 1st floor of main building of HSAAS Operational hours are as below: Monday - Friday : 8:00am – 5:00pm Weekends & Public Holidays : Closed

HPUPM is a Baby Friendly hospital and a Breastfeeding hospital. The breasfeeding room is located in each floor of the main bulding of HSAAS. 

Main prayer room is located at the 1st floor of main building of HSAAS. However, small prayer rooms also located in each floor of the hospital.
