HSAAS UPM, September 15 - The Basic Workshop on Preparation of Specifications and Procurement Procedures Series 1 was conducted at Seminar Room 1, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital (HSAAS), organized by the Strategic Planning Unit in collaboration with the Finance and Procurement Division, HSAAS

The main objective of this workshop is to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the participants regarding procurement procedures, particularly under the provisions of the 11th Malaysia Plan (RMK11), whether through quotations or tenders, as well as the fundamentals of proper equipment specification preparation

The workshop, which started as early as 9 in the morning, was attended by a total of 51 staff members from the clinical and administrative departments of HSAAS. The workshop commenced with a prayer and was followed by a sharing session on procurement procedures and specification preparation. The sharing session was conducted by Ms. Salmi Huwaina Palahuddin, Head of the Finance Division, HSAAS
