HSAAS, 23 October 2025 – An Energy Management Briefing Programme was successfully held on 23 October 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the HSAAS Auditorium, with the participation of 50 attendees. The programme aimed to provide exposure to organizational members on efficient, systematic, and sustainable energy management practices. The briefing also emphasized the importance of monitoring electricity usage, reducing energy wastage, and complying with established guidelines. According to the organizers, effective energy management can help organizations reduce operational costs, improve system efficiency, and support environmental sustainability efforts. The briefing was delivered by Raja Mohd Fadhil bin Raja Hasan, Assistant Director from the Department of Energy Efficiency & Conservation under the Energy Commission, together with Puan Nurul Ain Binti Suhaimi, Energy Manager from Global View Engineering Sdn Bhd. Throughout the session, participants were also exposed to best practices in efficient energy usage as well as steps to identify areas of energy wastage within the organization. In addition, emphasis was placed on the role of each individual in reducing carbon footprint for environmental sustainability. The programme is expected to enhance awareness among participants and encourage the continuous implementation of energy-saving practices in the workplace.
