Method 1: Go to online journal databases (e.g., Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed) and screen potential journals by selecting the subject area of interest. Then, go to the respective journal’s website and read the “About Us” or “Aims and Scope” section to determine whether your article is related to the scope of the journal. Method 2: Consider whether a journal you read regularly might be a good fit for your manuscript. Method 3: Ask your colleagues or supervisors for suggestions. Method 4: Check the reference list of related articles for ideas.
